Submit Birth Certificate & Shot Record**

Pay Registration Fee

 

Watch for an invoice

in your email.  Enrollment

will be secured upon receipt of registration payment.

** Documents may be only be uploaded on the last page of the Enrollment Forms before being submitted.  Once enrollment forms have been submitted, the required forms will need to be emailed to myjoychildcare@gmail.com or delivered to the center.

What to bring the first day:

  • A complete seasonal change of clothing

  • All children will need 1 crib sheet & 2 blankets

  • Infants & Toddlers may require additional items

 

Please label all items with the child's name
